Prepare yum yum sauce by mixing low-fat mayo, 0% greek yogurt, and sriracha in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, adjust consistency with milk as needed
Divide cooked rice into 8 bowls
Top each bowl with teriyaki chicken and sauce
Drizzle with yum yum sauce and garnish with chopped green onions
