Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Stir together the maple syrup and vanilla in a saucepan over medium.
Add peanut butter. Turn heat down to medium/low and allow peanut butter to soften/melt.
Turn off heat. Pour in the cornflakes. Mix until completely coated.
Pour into loaf pan. Freeze until firm & set.
Slice into 8-10 long candy bars. You can also cut these into mini bite-size pieces!
Melt your chocolate. Dip each Butterfinger in the chocolate.
Place back in the freezer until chocolate has set.
