Honey Mustard Pulled Pork
  1. In a small bowl mix together the garlic, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper. Heat the oil in a dutch oven or large saute pan over medium-high heat. Rub the pork all over with the seasoning mix then sear the pork until well browned on all sides, about 3 minutes per side.

  2. Transfer the seared pork to a 6-quart slow cooker. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook the pork on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until pork is tender.

  3. Turn off the slow cooker. Shred the pork using two forks and discard the bone.

  4. Combine all the HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE ingredients together in a bowl. Mix half the sauce in with the shredded pork. Taste and season with salt & pepper if necessary.

  5. Serve the pork on the pretzel buns with the remaining honey mustard on the side.
