  1. Grind chicken in a food processor

  2. Add spices and oil to ground chicken

  3. Split into two portions and flatten between parchment

  4. Roll tightly

  5. Bake at 450°F for 20–25 minutes

  7. Activate yeast with water and sugar (5 minutes)

  8. Add flour, salt, and oil to yeast mixture

  9. Knead for 5 minutes

  10. Rise for 20–60 minutes

  11. Divide into 6 balls and roll out

  12. Poke with fork

  13. Cook on lightly oiled skillet 1 minute per side until done

  14. Keep wrapped in a towel

  15. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl
