Add spices and oil to ground chicken
Split into two portions and flatten between parchment
Roll tightly
Bake at 450°F for 20–25 minutes
Slice and serve on flatbread with veggies and sauce
Activate yeast with water and sugar (5 minutes)
Add flour, salt, and oil to yeast mixture
Knead for 5 minutes
Rise for 20–60 minutes
Divide into 6 balls and roll out
Poke with fork
Cook on lightly oiled skillet 1 minute per side until done
Keep wrapped in a towel
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl
Refrigerate sauce until serving
