Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add 2 tablespoons of uncooked basmati rice, 5oz of boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 tablespoon of pesto, and 1 tablespoon of plain non-fat Greek yogurt to each bowl.
Add ¼ cup of chicken broth to each bowl.
Top each bowl with 2oz of cherry tomatoes and 1oz of mozzarella cheese.
Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees and the rice is cooked.
