Quick tofu nuggies
  1. Microwave tofu to press- 5mins, power 7. Let cool for a few mins.

  2. Break tofu up into nuggets. Toss with soy sauce & maple syrup. If possible, let it marinade for at least 1hr.

  3. Mix cornflour, salt, onion powder & paprika. Toss the nuggets in the dry mix.

  4. Spread on baking sheet and spray with oil on all sides.

  5. Bake in at 200c for 10 mins, turn then cook for 5 more mins (15 mins total).
