Microwave tofu to press- 5mins, power 7. Let cool for a few mins.
Break tofu up into nuggets. Toss with soy sauce & maple syrup. If possible, let it marinade for at least 1hr.
Mix cornflour, salt, onion powder & paprika. Toss the nuggets in the dry mix.
Spread on baking sheet and spray with oil on all sides.
Bake in at 200c for 10 mins, turn then cook for 5 more mins (15 mins total).
