Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk enchilada sauce, broth, sour cream, green chiles, and taco seasoning until combined.
Add chicken, beans, rice, corn, and bell pepper to the sauce mix and stir.
Place 2 tortillas in dish, add half the chicken mix, top with half the cheese. Repeat layers.
Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until bubbly.
Rest 5 minutes, top with cilantro before serving.
