Add your ground beef to a Dutch oven and brown your beef for 5-6 minutes.
Add your chopped onions to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add your garlic, Italian seasoning and orzo. Give everything a good stir and then add your tomato sauce, beef broth, cream and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil and then cook for 10 minutes uncovered. Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat and add your spinach. Mix until the spinach has wilted.
Then add your Parmesan cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!!
