  1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang.

  2. Combine dark chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.

  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and optional gel food coloring.

  4. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.

  5. Melt white chocolate, drizzle on top, and swirl gently with a skewer to create a marble effect.

  6. Sprinkle edible glitter or luster dust over warm fudge.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until set.

  8. Lift out using parchment and cut into 36 squares.
