Add the olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, honey, cumin, cardamom, smoked paprika, cinnamon, ginger, oregano, turmeric, and cayenne to a bowl or jar. Season with 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt and ground black pepper as desired. Whisk or shake to combine.
Pour the shawarma marinade over your meat or veggies of choice. Marinate for at least 6 hours or for up to 2 days.
Air fry at 400C, 6-8 minutes per side.
