Apple Slices All Week

  1. Slice apples - thicker works better & add to a prep container.

  2. Add enough water to cover. For every 1 cup add salt & lemon in proportion. Sit for 10 minutes

  3. Strain, rinse, then strain apples. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Will last about 5-6 days.
