No-knead Folded Bread
  1. Mix all the ingredients with a spatula until combined and the dough comes together.

  2. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.

  3. After rising, fold the dough by hand to gather it again.

  4. Wet or lightly oil your hands while folding.

  5. Cover and let it rest in a warm place for 15 minutes.

  6. Fold the dough again and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  7. Repeat this folding process a total of 3 times, resting 15 minutes between each fold.

  8. After the final fold, let the dough rest for another 15 minutes.

  9. Without folding again, transfer the dough onto a floured surface.

  10. Cut into 6 or 9 equal pieces.

  11. Place the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  12. Bake in a preheated 200°C (392°F) oven for 25–30 minutes, until golden.
