Place beef, nectar, salsa, pumpkin pie spice and salt in Crockpot™ slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
Turn Crockpot™ slow cooker to HIGH. Add apricots and green onions. Cover; cook 10 minutes.
Stir water and flour in small bowl until smooth. Add to Crockpot™ slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on HIGH 15 minutes or until thickened.
Serve over rice. Garnish with cilantro.
