Add your diced chicken to your pot with some olive oil & season with garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning & salt
Once chicken is fully cooked remove from pot & add butter, carrot, onion, celery & season with some more garlic & Italian seasoning
After 5 minutes add your flour to make your roux & mix well. then add the gnocchi, half & half & chicken broth. bring to a boil.
Once gnocchi is cooked add your parmesan, spinach & season with salt & garlic one last time.
Allow soup to simmer for about 10 minutes
Serve with garlic bread & garnish with some red pepper flakes
