Ramen noodle salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, crushed ramen noodles, and green onions.

  2. In a separate measuring cup or bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, vinegar, seasoning packet and sugar until well combined.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.

  4. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

***Toast ramen noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds @ 350 for 10-15 min., cool before tossing with cabbage mix.
