Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 1 minute until smooth and pliable.
Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each into a round naan shape. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil and cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Brush with remaining olive oil, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
