Herbes de Provence is an aromatic blend of dried herbs from the south of France 🇫🇷.
It can be used as a rub for poultry or pork.
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons fennel seeds, toasted
Combine all ingredients in bowl.
