Hot Bacon And Swiss Dip
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a shallow 1 ½-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Stir together cream cheese, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl.

  3. Fold scallions and ½ cup of the bacon into cream cheese mixture in bowl. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish, and spread in an even layer. Top with remaining ¼ cup bacon.

  4. Bake in preheated oven until bubbling around edges, 12 to 15 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle with smoked almonds, and garnish with additional scallions. Serve with crackers, chips, or assorted vegetables.
