Makes 32 Rolls
Disolve yeast and 2 Tbs Sugar in ½ C warm water, set aside
Scald milk, add sugar, butter and salt, blend then cool to lukewarm
Add 3 beaten eggs to the yeast mixture, blend
Add flour until a soft dough forms
Cover, let rise til doubled
Divide into two, roll each half into a circle on a floured surface
Brush with melted butter
Cut into 16 wedges and roll from the large end to the small end
Place on a greased cookie sheet, let rise tl doubled
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
