Cut 200g low fat paneer into long slices.
Heat a ½ tbsp ghee in a pan and pan-fry the slices until they’re golden brown on both sides.
To a blender add 50g fried onions, 50g cashews, 50g yogurt and blend everything into a smooth paste.
Now heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, let it splutter.
Add 200g tomato purée, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add the prepared paste (from the blender), ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt. Mix everything well.
Pour in 250ml water and let the gravy cook for 5 min.
Now, add the paneer, 1 tsp kasuri methi, Handful of coriander leaves.
And let everything cook for 2 mins. (If it’s too thick add more water)
That’s it! it’s ready to serve
