Roasted Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts With Balsamic Glaze
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) with a cookie sheet inside to get it extremely hot

  2. Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly and pat them dry

  3. Slice the Brussels sprouts in half to expose more surface area

  4. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, all purpose seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic granules

  5. Remove the hot cookie sheet from the oven and lightly grease it with olive oil

  6. Arrange the Brussels sprouts on the sheet cut side down

  7. Roast for about 15 minutes until they have a good char

  8. Flip the sprouts over and roast for another 10 minutes

  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese while hot

  10. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve
