Green Beans With Apples And Pecans
  1. Cook the green beans in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes until tender and crisp. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, toast the pecans over medium-high heat until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the sliced apple to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes until slightly softened.

  5. Toss in the cooked green beans and pecans, season with kosher salt, flaky salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and heat everything through.

  6. Serve the green beans with apples and sage butter warm.
