Cook cut bacon in a pan until golden brown
Remove bacon and add diced onions to the same pan
Cook onions until soft
Add brown sugar, maple syrup, and white vinegar to the pan
Stir and cook until bubbling
Add cooked bacon and red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste
Cook eggs and set aside
Mix mayo, cream cheese, and everything but the bagel seasoning together to make the dip
Place a rice paper wrapper and add scrambled eggs, bacon jam, and cheddar cheese
Seal with another rice paper wrapper
Pan fry the hot pocket until crispy on both sides
Serve with everything bagel dip and enjoy
