Healthy Banana Bread
  1. In a large bowl, combine the oat flour and bicarbonate of soda. Then add the remaining ingredients.

  2. Pour the batter into a greased load tin.

  3. Bake at 180c for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
