High Protein Pizza Bowls
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Use oil spray on an oven safe bowl.

  3. Add in half of the pizza sauce and half of the cottage cheese to each bowl. Stir to combine.

  4. Next, add in half of the shredded cheese, half of the pepperoni and half of the sausage.

  5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 and then top with oregano and crushed red pepper flakes.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
