In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter until smooth. Fold in Rice Krispies cereal.
Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
Dip each truffle into the melted mixture, coat evenly, and return to the baking sheet.
Optional: Drizzle melted butterscotch chips over the coated truffles for decoration.
Chill the truffles for 1 hour until the coating is set. Serve and enjoy!
