Hamburger With Divine Sauce
  1. Cook the hamburger patty in a skillet with a little butter until browned on both sides.

  2. Remove the patty from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in a little more butter until softened.

  4. Add the beef broth, red wine, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

  5. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it reduce for a few minutes until thickened.

  6. Return the hamburger patty to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve the hamburger with the divine sauce, along with white rice or mashed potatoes and a green salad.
