  1. Open your puff pastry and spread a few spoonfuls of custard on top

  2. Sprinkle your desired amount of chocolate chips on the custard

  3. Place another layer of puff pastry on top and cut the pastry into six segments using a pizza cutter

  4. If you prefer thinner twists, you can cut into ten segments

  5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes and enjoy
