In a small bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons ground cumin, 1 tablespoon ground coriander, 2 teaspoons ground cardamom, 1 ½ teaspoons black pepper, 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ground cloves, and ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg. Stir the mixture until well combined.
