Chili Garlic Noodles
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add chili flakes to create chili oil

  3. Cook ground pork until browned

  4. Combine soy sauce, black vinegar, and sugar in a bowl

  5. Mince garlic cloves and add to the chili oil

  6. Toss cooked noodles with the chili garlic oil and pork

  7. Add soy sauce mixture to the noodles and toss well

  8. Top with sesame seeds, scallions, and cucumber slices

  9. Season with salt to taste and serve
