Salty, Sweet No-bake Summer Dessert
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour the filling over the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

  5. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
