Pakistani Fish And Prawn Curry
  1. Add 2 tbsp oil to a pan and add 1 blended white onion

  2. Fry until golden then add chopped garlic and green chillies

  3. Add tomato purée and cook for a few minutes

  4. Add salt, turmeric, carom seeds, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and black pepper

  5. Mix well and add ¼ cup tomato passata with a splash of water

  6. Let the masala cook for 10-15 minutes

  7. Add 500g frozen white fish pieces and coat in the masala

  8. Cook for 10-15 minutes

  9. Add dried fenugreek leaves and homemade garam masala

  10. Add 150g frozen prawns

  11. Cook for a further 5-10 minutes

  12. Add large handful of fresh coriander

  13. Serve
