Add 2 tbsp oil to a pan and add 1 blended white onion
Fry until golden then add chopped garlic and green chillies
Add tomato purée and cook for a few minutes
Add salt, turmeric, carom seeds, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and black pepper
Mix well and add ¼ cup tomato passata with a splash of water
Let the masala cook for 10-15 minutes
Add 500g frozen white fish pieces and coat in the masala
Cook for 10-15 minutes
Add dried fenugreek leaves and homemade garam masala
Add 150g frozen prawns
Cook for a further 5-10 minutes
Add large handful of fresh coriander
Serve
