Cheesy Chicken Sliders
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Gather all ingredients. Coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Without separating the rolls, use a serrated knife to slice rolls in half, horizontally, creating a top and a bottom. Place bottom half of rolls in prepared baking dish.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and hot sauce.

  4. Place ½ of the pepper jack cheese slices across the bottom half of the rolls. Top with chicken mixture and pickle slices. Top with remaining cheese slices. Replace the top half of the rolls.

  5. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, mustard and Worcestershire. Drizzle this mixture evenly over the sliders and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are crisp. Serve hot.
