Ingredients:
Place berries, coconut cream, stevia, yogurt (if using), and xanthan gum (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container, not exceeding the max fill line.
Freeze for at least 24 hours, or until completely solid.
Process in the Ninja Creami using the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Sorbet” setting. Add a splash of coconut cream and respin if needed for a creamier texture.
