Malai Gosh
  1. Grind all masala ingredients into a paste.

  2. Fry sliced onions in ghee until golden.

  3. Add masala and cook stirring continuously for 10 minutes.

  4. Add mutton and simmer until tender.

  5. Season with salt.

  6. Stir in beaten curd mixed with saffron and lemon juice.

  7. Fold in cream and simmer gently.

  8. Finish with fresh coriander and green chillies.
