Holiday Ham & Cheese Croissant Breakfast Bake
  1. Preheat Your Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Spray the bottom of a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Prepare the Croissants: Place the bottom halves of the croissants into the dish, arranging them close together. Set the tops aside for now.

  3. Spread the Cream Cheese: Evenly spread the whipped chive cream cheese on the bottom of each croissant.

  4. Layer the Cheese: Lay provolone slices on top of the cream cheese and sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese evenly over the top.

  5. Melt the Cheese: Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt. Remove from the oven and add the chopped thinly sliced deli ham evenly over the cheese layer.

  6. Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and ham.

  7. Top It Off: Place the croissant tops back on and brush them with melted butter.

  8. Bake: Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked. Serve warm and watch them disappear!
