Season chicken thigh on both sides.
Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes.
Brush with BBQ sauce and air fry 3–4 more minutes until caramelized.
Whisk together the ingredients for the honey mustard sauce.
Add cooked quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, shredded cabbage, carrot and sliced chicken to your bowl. Top with the honey mustard sauce and cilantro. Enjoy!
