Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Toss chicken with ranch seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
Cook bacon until crispy. Remove, leaving grease in pan.
Cook chicken in bacon grease until golden and cooked through.
Melt butter. Add shallots, onion, ranch, garlic powder, salt, bouillon. Stir.
Add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir until sauce thickens.
Add cheeses. Stir until melted.
Combine chicken, bacon, and pasta with sauce. Toss and serve.
