Bruschetta Style Garlic Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 220c.

  2. To a food processor, add the butter, parsley, sun dried tomatoes, cheese (save a tiny amount to garnish), garlic, paprika and salt. Blitz until everything is broken down and combined.

  3. Cut the ciabatta loaf in half and spread the butter over both sides.

  4. Slice the tomatoes thinly and place over the top. Drizzle with a little oil and add the remaining cheese on top.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tomatoes start to go golden.

  6. Garnish with fresh basil, extra olive oil, and plenty of salt and pepper.
