Fry garlic and onion
Add meat and brown it well
Add tomato paste, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook on medium heat, adding water as needed until meat is nice and soft (falling apart with the fork) - on the stove top might take over an hour of medium simmering. Don't forget to mix frequently so it won't burn.
If wanting a speedier option, put everything in pressure cooker for 30 mins.
Once meat is soft and falling apart, add the sliced mushrooms and at last, add the table cream or sour cream.
