Place all the ingredients except for the cheese into a mixing bowl.
Stir until it's combined into a dough.
Gently knead on a floured surface for a minute, before dividing into 4 equal sized balls.
Roll the dough balls out as thinly as you can.
Cut a slice of gouda into quarters and arrange it on one half of the dough.
Fold the dough over so the cheese is inside and roll out the edges so the cheese is roughly in the centre.
Place the butter, garlic paste and parsley into a small bowl. Microwave until just melted
Heat a frying pan or griddle (no oil) until hot. Use a pastry brush to paint both sides of the bread with the butter.
Fry each one in a hot pan for 2 minutes on a medium to low heat on each side or until golden brown.
Once out of the pan, brush with a little more butter and serve
