Place the chicken in the air fryer on grill mode at 190 degrees Celsius for 17-18 minutes, turning halfway through (or use standard air fryer mode at 190 degrees Celsius for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through)
Serve on a bed of rice with sliced cucumber and finely chopped spring onions
