  1. Prepare the sauce by combining gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, grated garlic clove, and grated ginger in a mixing bowl

  2. Place the chicken thighs in the mixing bowl and coat them in the sauce well

  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer on grill mode at 190 degrees Celsius for 17-18 minutes, turning halfway through (or use standard air fryer mode at 190 degrees Celsius for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through)

  4. Serve on a bed of rice with sliced cucumber and finely chopped spring onions
