Combine the warm milk and honey.
Add 2 ¼ tsp of yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add 1 egg, 4 tbsp of melted butter, and ½ tsp of salt.
Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour, kneading for 5 minutes to form a dough.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces.
Place the dough balls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Brush rolls with butter.
Bake the rolls at 350°F for 18-25 minutes.
Brush the tops of the baked rolls with more melted butter & honey.
