Air Fryer Halloumi, Chorizo & Spring Onion Toast
  1. Grate the halloumi cheese and add it to a bowl.

  2. Add the diced chorizo and chopped spring onions to the bowl.

  3. Crack in 1 large egg and add any seasonings, herbs or spices of your choice, then mix well.

  4. Spoon the halloumi mixture onto 2 slices of bread.

  5. Air fry at 180C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for 8-10 mins or until golden and crispy.

  6. Serve with a drizzle of hot honey (or sweet chilli sauce/chilli jam) and scatter with sesame seeds if desired.
