Candied Cranberries
  1. Soak the cranberries in the Prosecco and orange juice mixture in the fridge overnight for at least 12 hours.

  2. Strain the cranberries and discard the liquid.

  3. Coat the cranberries generously with powdered sugar.

  4. Dry the cranberries at 200°F for no more than 5 minutes.

  5. Chill the candied cranberries in the fridge for 12 hours before enjoying.
