Easy Vegan One-pot Rice Cooker Meal
  1. Add the washed rice to your rice cooker.

  2. Add water until it reaches your first knuckle or up to the line that matches the amount of rice you used.

  3. Add sesame oil, soya sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, and shaoxing cooking wine. Mix.

  4. Add garlic, ginger, green onion, tofu, and carrot on top of the rice. Make a space in the middle for the tomato.

  5. Cook in the rice cooker. Mix and enjoy squishing the tomato.

  6. Add more soya sauce to taste before eating.
