Into a bowl combine the following ingredients: 200g Extra Lean Ground Beef (Raw weight), Diced Pickles, Diced Onions, 2 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Black Pepper, 2 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Onion Powder and mix.
Wet the wonton skin with water and place 1 tbsp of the beef mixture on the wrapper. Spread out evenly and repeat 6 times.
On a medium high heat, spray your pan with cooking spray and place the wontons meat side down. Flip once it has developed a nice golden sear.
Divide the low fat cheese slices and place 1 small square on each wonton. You may cover with a lid for a brief moment to let the cheese melt.
Mix the following ingredients for the burger sauce: 1 Tbsp Light or Fat Free Mayonnaise, ½ Tbsp Yellow Mustard, 1 Tbsp Pickle Juice, 1 Tbsp Low Calorie Ketchup, 1 Tbsp Diced Pickles, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Sweetener, Pinch of Salt and Pepper.
Top with green onions, sesame seeds, burger sauce and enjoy!
