  1. Unroll the puff pastry, then cut one half into strips.

  2. Stuff with ham and cheese.

  3. Grate the hard-boiled eggs and insert them into the filling.

  4. Beat an egg white and brush the edges of the pastry, cover with another layer of pastry.

  5. Seal the edges well.

  6. Combine the egg yolk and milk and use this mixture to brush the surface.

  7. Twist and decorate with the strips left on the side, then brush again.

  8. Cook in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
