Vegetarian Tofu Jjajangmyeon
  1. Cut Tofu, onion and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Boil the tofu, then fry it until seared.

  2. Stir fry the onion and zucchini until fragrant in some oil. Add soy sauce, minced garlic and chunjang

  3. Add the tofu, then finish with some sugar and water.

  4. Boil the noodles, rinse, then mix with the sauce and serve.

  5. Note: If you are making this as a halal recipe, make sure to use halal-certified chunjang and oyster sauce.
