Emily’s Recovery Chocolate Milk
  1. In a medium saucepan whisk together sugars, salt and cocoa powder well combined.

  2. Add water and whisk thoroughly.

  3. Turn heat to medium and bring mixture to a boil, while whisking frequently.

  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and whisking occasionally.

  5. Allow the mixture to simmer until it has slightly reduced and thickened.

  6. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  7. Pour into a glass jar. Allow to cool completely before covering and refrigerating. Keeps for 2-3 weeks, if you don’t drink it all before then!
